I will ask you questions about many areas of your life.  Now close your eyes and let’s put those thoughts into words and write the result you would like to achieve in three months:

    Okay, we are not done yet.  I want you now to narrow the focus down to four results.  Take your above results and summarize it in the following way:

    Before we finish, say each of the four results you wrote down then close your eyes and see them.  If you cannot see them, rewrite them until you can see them.  When you can see them, ask yourself if you believe they can happen.  If you can’t, rewrite them until you can see them and believe them.

    One more thing! Ask yourself another question: “Do I want these results?” If you don’t want them, you won’t put in the effort to make them happen, even if you can conceive them and believe them. So, do you want them?

Do you intend to make these results happen? If so then I want you to take a piece of paper and write down each of the four results you wrote down in the last section above. Then each day close your eyes and see them happening.
