Change! The Only Constant In Life and PMS and Menopause Changes Can Be Challenging

There is a saying that the only thing that ever changes is change itself. As we grow our body and our lives change too.

After our birth we grow into a toddler, a child, a teen, and then we enter adulthood where we face changes in our lives which are not in physical development like our early growth stages but in many emotional, mental and social changes. Those changes are PMS and menopause.

They both can be such a traumatic experience in our lives that we should have the right tools and resources to help us before, during and after these changes.

Most women have been exposed to many medical options about their health and wellness, PMS, and menopause and they want to know what is best for them.

"I Feel Healthy! A Critical Illness or Disease Won't Happen"

Yes, I have heard this one quite often! Don't get me wrong; there is nothing wrong with feeling healthy! However, feeling healthy and actually being healthy may be two very, very different things.

Ever thought about the fact that people age over time and may not be aware of severe health issues?

Our bodies are very forgiving and adapt to so many stresses, however, sometimes there's no warning before a sudden death or critical illness.

"I Am Too Young To Worry About My Health Right Now!"

Yes, we hear this comment all the time. Unfortunately, we are seeing people of all ages coming up with illnesses earlier and at a higher rate than ever before!

It’s true, no matter what age you are; your body has wellness needs. If you are not getting what you need from our modern diet, then inevitably your health will pay the price no matter what age you are.

Here are some important statistics to recognize when talking about age and health:

-  Disease is regularly occurring at younger ages.

-  PMS and menopausal symptoms (Headaches, Fatigue, Bloating, Sore Breasts,    Depression, Stress, Hot Flashes, Bones and Joints, Sex and Sexuality, and Self-esteem) can be related to hormone imbalance, poor diet, lack of exercise, excessive alcohol consumption, a lack of or poor quality of sleep, an exposure to household chemicals, environmental toxins, synthetic hormone replacement therapy, birth control pills and stress.

And some women have some of these menopause symptoms and simply shrug them off and do nothing. If you have one or more PMS or menopause symptoms, you need to re-evaluate your health and wellness!

The unfortunate truth is disease is increasing at an alarming rate among people of all ages. No one is exempt from being susceptible to disease!

The quicker you embrace this, the better off you are going to be. Be proactive about your health and give your body what it needs in order to operate the way Mother Nature intended!

The body is programmed for wellness. Your job is to help maximize the body’s innate capability by supplying it with the vital nutrients it requires.

What’s The Big Deal?

It has been known by the medical world that the only thing capable of defending, healing, and repairing is the body itself. It just needs the materials necessary to do so.
